The property, being very remote, does not come with all mod cons however it does have a gas stove and fridge, 12v lighting and running water (which you obtain by hand pumping it from the storage tank to the "header tank" and which you heat by lighting a small fire under the hot water service. |

Guests need to supply everything they require including all their own bedding and linen.
Due to its remoteness the property is not serviced and when unoccupied can get quite dusty - guests may need to give it a sweep and tidy on arrival and are expected to leave the property clean and tidy on departure. |
