Pondanna Outstation is a remote outback homestead available for hire. The homestead and surrounding property have been fully restored by the Friends of the Gawler Ranges National Park volunteers.
The homestead is managed and maintained by the Friends of The Gawler Ranges National Park and proceeds go towards maintaining the park surrounds.
The homestead consists of 6 main rooms and includes a kitchen equipped with a six setting kitchen table, gas refrigerator, gas stove and meters wood stove, a country-style lounge room with an open fire and four bedrooms, two with double beds and two with two single beds. The bathroom has a bath with a shower and hand basin. The toilet and laundry are adjacent to the bathroom.
Guests need to supply their own bedding, towels, tea towels etc. but crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment IS provided.
